Colombia is truly a blessed coffee land, home to an incredibly rich and diverse coffee-growing culture. We never stop admiring how inventive and dedicated its producers are. Colombia has even given rise to its own coffee vocabulary, now widely used across the industry.One of Colombia’s proudest contributions is the renowned Pink Bourbon variety — cherished by producers not only for its strong performance in the field, but also for its distinct and unforgettable flavour. We’re big fans of Colombian Pink Bourbon and consider it one of the country’s signature coffees. And it never disappoints.

This coffee is the first natural coffee in our range. It’s a single-variety Yellow Catuai from Roberto Mata’s twoaward-winning farms with long-standing histories — Las Nubes and La Pachuca — both located at the samealtitude above sea level. 

The cherries from both farms are handpicked and processed on the same day at their own beneficio. They are sorted,then placed in parabolic dryers, where they’re constantly turned for even drying. The combination of discipline and\experience results in a truly exceptional coffee.
